Refund Policy
How cancellations, credit top-ups, and refunds work — billed and processed through Paddle.

Overview
All Klozio payments — subscriptions and one-off credit top-ups — are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT on our behalf, and refunds are issued through Paddle. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Subscription refunds
If you're on a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) and it's within 14 days of your first payment for that plan, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. After the first 14 days, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but we review case-by-case requests (e.g. accidental double-billing, technical issues that prevented you from using the Service).
Plan upgrades are billed immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — no partial refund is issued for the difference.
Credit top-ups
One-off credit top-ups (used for leads found, AI scoring, and AI outreach) are non-refundable once any portion has been used. If a top-up was purchased in error and no credits from it have been spent, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
Unused enrichment quota (email-finding) does not carry a separate cost and isn't eligible for cash refunds — it simply resets each billing cycle per your plan.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a cancelled billing period, except as described under Subscription refunds above.
How to request a refund
Email hello@klozio.app with your workspace name and the payment in question, or use the receipt link in your Paddle confirmation email to request a refund directly through Paddle. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we're usually able to resolve billing issues faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. See also our Terms of Service.
