Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using Klozio — please read them before you start finding leads.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Klozio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Klozio on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.

Description of service

Klozio helps you find local businesses on Google Maps and turn them into sales leads. The Service:

  • Searches Google Maps (via third-party scraping providers) for businesses matching your keywords
  • Enriches results with verified email addresses where available
  • Optionally scores leads with AI to estimate fit
  • Lets you export results as CSV, XLSX, or JSON

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll try to give notice of material changes that affect your workflow.

Accounts & workspaces

You need an account to use Klozio. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Each account belongs to a workspace. Workspace owners can invite team members and assign roles (owner, member, viewer). Owners are responsible for who they invite and what access they grant — including access to leads, exports, and billing.

Plans, credits & billing

Klozio is offered on a free plan and several paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency), each with monthly limits on leads found, AI enrichments, and team members. Usage beyond enrichment limits simply isn't processed until your quota resets the following month.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions and payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record — Paddle handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Klozio to:

  • Violate any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) when contacting leads
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, harass, or deceive the businesses or individuals in your exported leads
  • Resell, redistribute, or bulk-republish scraped data as a standalone dataset or competing product
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit/quota enforcement, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service outside of the features we provide

You are solely responsible for how you use the leads, emails, and other data exported from Klozio, and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach.

Data & lead ownership

You own the leads and exports generated within your workspace. We retain the underlying rights to the Klozio platform, software, and aggregated/anonymized usage data. We don't sell your workspace's lead data to third parties.

Third-party services

Klozio relies on third-party providers to operate — including Google Maps data providers, email-finding services, AI providers (for lead scoring), email delivery, and payment processing. Their availability or terms may affect features of the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared with whom.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your access to the Service ends and we'll delete or anonymize your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is"without warranties of any kind. Lead data is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate — we don't guarantee the accuracy of business listings, contact details, or AI-generated scores.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klozio and its founders aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if that fails, through the courts having jurisdiction over the operator of Klozio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
